Who We Are
Techsona.dev started as a web development team serving Malaysian SMEs. Over time, we saw the same problem everywhere: business owners spending hours a day answering the same WhatsApp messages — prices, availability, directions, appointments.
So we shifted our focus. Today, our primary work is building AI WhatsApp bots trained on your business — so your team handles less repetition and more real work.
We're a lean team based in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya. We work directly with the business owner, keep things simple, and don't oversell.
